Wednesday Quote – No One Can Make You Feel Inferior or Can They?

If you are reading this, you are on the web and are familiar with all the high-pressure marketing and sales techniques.  The ones that are designed to make you feel like a failure, a loser, the worst scum of the earth… IF you do not buy their new shiny course, software, teleseminar series…  or whatever is the going thing for that day!

In today’s world we need to do everything to keep our spirits up and stay strong…

Today’s Quote is so appropriate to keep us right on track and not fall prey to that kind of hard-core marketing tactics. Because… It we feel bad, we slack off and instead of moving forward we find ourselves stuck ~ kind of like a double whammy!

Wednesday’s Quote

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. ~Eleanor Roosevelt

I find I really have to keep on top of this one myself. It’s NOT so much about feeling inferior, sometimes it is about… feeling alone and lonely!

I put this Blog up to be able to voice my opinions and discuss feelings, share resources and be an inspiration to others. Perhaps I would be braver and would say what others were only thinking.

Some things I post here, may not be tips like where to find this or where to find that. I’m dealing with the ENTIRE person because LIFE can be VERY lonely sometimes, especially when we are either making changes or contemplating a change.

It’s the same old thing. No ticky, no washy (I’ve seen this spelled at least three different ways so far)! IF you can’t pay for a coach, you have to struggle through on your own and most of the time it is VERY time consuming, frustrating and yes, VERY VERY lonely and painful… BUT… when you come through on the other side and look back, you realize that EVERY tear was worth the effort!

I think this comment will grow up to be a Blog post!

Roz
