Thanks for taking time to comment Michael and for the lovely compliment. You are very observant. ;)

It is true, I am calmer and more accepting, but most of all, I AM BEING ME! It's the being me part that is making me calmer and more accepting. Let me explain.

With the new (or maybe not so new) Social Networking and Media and the outcry for authenticity, I feel like I am taking a stand.

There are those who feel we should never write anything negative and always be inspiring, but life it not all inspiration and feeling alone in things make our trials and tribulations worse.

I DO NOT believe in putting one's entire personal business on the Internet, but I DO believe that sharing some of the negative makes others feel less lonely and helps them to relate to us as people. After all, "WE ARE people first!" AND, people are human beings!

I know, for me... knowing that someone I trust and can relate to is or was going through something similar to me, IS an inspiration for me to move forward in a positive fashion and NOT feel so isolated.

Thanks again, I agree with your comment wholeheartedly.

What you say makes very good sense to me for the most part. I do believe we are a product of our upbringing and environment, however, as with all products, there is a freshness expiration date. In order for us to improve ourselves and concurrently, our lives, it is important to take inventory of our environment, past and present, so we can then decide what to keep and what to discard. Then we take the stuff we want to keep, and use it as the foundation for building our improved, more productive, and altogether more gratifying life.

I think your blog is terrific, and I am entirely thrilled with the new serenity I sense in your writing and expressions. You appear to be much calmer, accepting and self-aware, and you are using all of these tools to bring out the best you have to offer others, and most importantly, yourself.
